Karamjeet Kaur graduated from Multimedia University with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons). She commenced her pupillage at Messrs How & Hospera, where she gained exposure to a broad range of general civil litigation matters, including contractual disputes, debt recovery, moneylending disputes and family law matters.

 

She was involved in a diverse range of civil litigation matters, including corporate and commercial disputes, debt recovery, property and construction related disputes, tortious claims including defamation and conspiracy, and family law matters. She was also involved in advisory work for corporate clients, including Toshiba and AEON Delight (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd.

 

Thereafter, being a Senior Legal Associate, where her practice included construction-related disputes, particularly claims involving liquidated ascertained damages (LAD), as well as advisory work, contested matters involving Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB), tortious claims including defamation and family law matters.

 

She subsequently joined Messrs Ong & Partners as Senior Legal Associate
