Phei San graduated from University of London in year 2010 with honours in law. Upon obtaining her Certificate in Legal Practice (“CLP”), she started her legal career in Penang. She gained her legal experience in the areas of conveyancing and litigation. She was called to the Malaysian Bar and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in January 2013.
She joined Ong & Partners in year 2013, heading our Property and Banking Department, handling developers’ projects, real estate for commercial and residential properties and banking transactions.
On top of being a savvy conveyancer, her prior experience as an international buyer in a Singapore and China market further substantiates her as an effective negotiator. Her areas of practice presently spans:

Sze Sze graduated from Multimedia University in year 2015 with honours in law. Sze Sze joined Ong & Partners as a chambering pupil and was retained as a Legal Assistant. She was called to the Malaysian Bar and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in September 2016.
As of 2018, she is now a Partner to our Property and Banking Team, actively involving in conveyancing matters such as developer’s project, acquisition and disposal of commercial and residential properties and banking matters.

Mathan graduated from University of Malaya in 2013 with Honours in Law. He commenced his career as a litigation lawyer in a well-known legal firm in Kuala Lumpur. He was called to the Malaysian Bar and admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in July 2014.
In the year of 2016, Mathan joined the Dispute Resolution Team of Messrs Ong & Partners and thereafter promoted to be a Partner in July 2018. He specializes in general civil and corporate litigation, banking and finance, family law matters, employment disputes and industrial relation matters, insurance disputes and accident matters, land disputes, landlord & tenant disputes, tort, contracts, construction claims and litigation, probate and foreclosure.
Further, Mathan has been duly exposed to all the procedures and various litigation Hearings up to the Court of Appeal and Federal Court. He works principally for our Head of Litigation Department, Mr Manoharan Tevadasin handling litigation matters.

As An Additional Qualification, Mathan has been appointed as a Commissioner For Oaths on 1st December 2022.

Wafi graduated from the University of Technology Mara (UiTM) in year 2019 with Honours in Law. He joined Ong & Partners as a chambering pupil and was retained as a Legal Assistant. He was called to the Malaysia Bar and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaysia in August 2020.
Thereafter, Wafi has been promoted to be a Partner in June 2022. He specializes in general civil and corporate litigation, insurance disputes, employment disputes and industrial relation matters, tors, contracts, construction claims and litigation, landlord & tenant disputes, probate and insurance claim. He has been exposed to all the procedures and various litigation Hearing up to the Court of Appeal and Federal Court.
