Dharshiny graduated from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) in 2019 with a Degree in Law. After completing her degree with Honours in 2019, she embarked on her pupillage at a law firm in Shah Alam, specializing in conveyancing. In January 2022, Dharshiny was called to the Malaysian Bar and officially admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya.
