T. Manoharan graduated with honors in law with exemplary result from University of Malaya in the year 2006.

 

He is a litigator with more than 10 years’ experience in commercial, corporate, banking and finance, insurance disputes, accident matters, land acquisition matters, public interest litigation, employment disputes and industrial relation matters, construction claims and litigation, Landlord & tenant disputes, Insolvency litigation, tort and defamation civil suits, as well as professional negligence matters, especially medical negligence cases. He appears frequently in the High Courts all over Malaysia, Court of Appeal and Federal Courts, as lead counsel.  

 

He joined Ong & Partners, as Partner of Litigation Department in the year 2006, and currently heading our Dispute Resolution Department.
