Wafi graduated from the University of Technology Mara (UiTM) in year 2019 with Honours in Law. He joined Ong & Partners as a chambering pupil and was retained as a Legal Assistant. He was called to the Malaysia Bar and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaysia in August 2020.

 

Thereafter, Wafi has been promoted to be a Partner in June 2022. He specializes in general civil and corporate litigation, insurance disputes, employment disputes and industrial relation matters, tors, contracts, construction claims and litigation, landlord & tenant disputes, probate and insurance claim. He has been exposed to all the procedures and various litigation Hearing up to the Court of Appeal and Federal Court. He works principally for our Head of Litigation Department, Mr Manoharan Tevadasin in handling litigation matters.
